Re‑flash your device's firmware right in the browser. No software to install.
Before you start
Use Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge on a desktop (they support Web Serial). Safari and Firefox won't work.
Connect the device to this computer using its “USB” port (the native one — not the “UART” port).
Put it in flash mode: hold the BOOT button while you plug it in
(or, if it's already plugged in, hold BOOT, tap RESET, release BOOT).
Your browser doesn't support Web Serial. Please reopen this page in Chrome or Edge on a desktop computer.
A window will appear asking which serial port to use — pick the one for your device, then follow the prompts.
After flashing
The device restarts into fresh firmware. Recovery re‑installs the program, but your stored password/macro may be cleared — open the Plug & Pass Pro configurator and set them again.
Can't extract your secret? That's by design — the stored password never leaves the device and isn't recoverable here. Recovery only re‑installs the firmware; you re‑enter your password afterward.
Troubleshooting
No device in the port list? It isn't in flash mode. Unplug, hold BOOT, plug back in, then click Flash again.
Nothing happens on click? You're likely on an unsupported browser — use Chrome or Edge.
